General Description
The publication focuses on 2 distinct areas, the “Transitions” (changes in everyday life) and “Life Planning Tools” (major life domains that change with age).
Transitions
The “Transitions” area consists of the following structure:
- Home to school
 - Home to shops
 - Class to class
 - School to University
 - School/University to working environment
 
Life Planning Tools
The “Life Planning Tools” area supports the following life domains:
- Housing – where to live and who to live with
 - Finance – budgeting and planning
 - Leisure – how to positively spend leisure/unstructured time
 - Health – eating healthy, exercise and healthy living skills
 - Employment – job seeking and process
 - Education – Further/Higher education, lifelong learning
 - Relationships – social skills and expectations
 - Transport – how to get about, real and affordable
 - Keeping safe – recognise and respond to risk
